Effective 2026-10-09 · applies to the online playground and voice chat

The playground is a place to practise Korean with other learners. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. 놀이터는 다른 학습자와 함께 한국어를 연습하는 공간입니다. 부적절한 콘텐츠와 악성 사용자에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.

Not allowed · 금지 행위

• Harassment, bullying, threats or encouraging self-harm · 괴롭힘, 위협, 자해 조장
• Hate speech or discrimination (race, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, disability…) · 혐오·차별 발언
• Sexual content, sexual comments, or any sexual contact with minors · 성적인 내용
• Sharing or asking for personal information (phone, address, social accounts) · 개인정보 요구·공유
• Spam, advertising, scams or impersonation · 스팸·광고·사기·사칭
• Offensive nicknames or room names · 부적절한 닉네임·방 이름
• Using the playground if you are under 14 · 만 14세 미만의 이용

Staying safe · 안전 기능

• With players who are not your friends you can only send ready-made Korean phrases. Your own words go only to friends. · 친구가 아닌 사람에게는 정해진 한국어 문장만 보낼 수 있고, 직접 쓴 말은 친구에게만 전달됩니다.
• Voice chat connects only friends in the same room, and is off until you turn it on. Mute your mic any time. · 음성 채팅은 같은 방의 친구끼리만 연결되며, 직접 켜기 전까지 꺼져 있습니다.
• Tap any player to mute, block (hidden and silent for you, can't interact with you) or report them. · 플레이어를 눌러 음소거·차단·신고할 수 있습니다.
• Players reported by several people are automatically hidden and removed from the room. · 여러 명에게 신고된 플레이어는 자동으로 숨겨지고 방에서 나가게 됩니다.
• Names are filtered for offensive words, links and contact details. · 이름은 욕설·링크·연락처가 걸러집니다.

Enforcement · 조치

Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Breaking these rules leads to removal of content and suspension of the device from the playground, permanently for serious or repeated violations. Illegal content, including anything that endangers children, is reported to the authorities. 모든 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토되며, 위반 시 놀이터 이용이 정지됩니다.
